What to know about the Cosmic Rub style (the massage) are as follows:

• The session is performed on a massage table.

• The practitioner focuses on the feet, hands, shoulders, neck, and scalp to induce ASMR reactions.

• Touch varies from soft to moderate with occaisional deep work and seeks to active client ASMR to increase blood flow to areas of primary importance.

• Soft spoken word and a focus on breath through awareness exercises begin each session and are revisited to maintain relaxation.

• This is primarily a dry-touch technique.  If the client has preference for oil please let the practitioner know if you have allergies.

• Meditative music plays throughout the service.

• Showering is available both before and after receiving the massage.

• You may undress to your comfort.  Some clients prefer to keep their pants or shorts on while others undress completely.

• The in-call location is a private residence.
